This guide was created as a reflective companion for the year ahead, not as a prediction or a set of instructions, but as a way of working in relationship with time, movement, trust, and readiness.

The Horse teaches us that not all movement is forward motion, and not all pauses are hesitation. Some seasons ask for momentum. Others ask for restraint, listening, and a deeper trust in timing. This guide is an invitation to notice your own rhythm within that larger arc.
